La revista Educación Matemática es una publicación internacional editada por la Sociedad Mexicana de Investigación y Divulgación de la Educación Matemática A. C. (SOMIDEM), cuyo objetivo es contribuir al avance del conocimiento sobre el aprendizaje y la enseñanza de las matemáticas en todos los niveles educativos y ofrecer un foro académico para promover la discusión de ideas, conceptos, propuestas y modelos concernientes a la Educación Matemática. Es una revista cuatrimestral (aparece tres veces al año, Enero-abril, mayo-agosto, septiembre-diciembre) que comenzó a publicarse en 1989. Se publican artículos escritos en idioma español, inglés, portugués y francés. Durante 25 años se publicó físicamente y recientemente se cambió el formato volviéndose una revista electrónica de libre acceso.
